1. 服務與條款
慢慢號由 Velox Data Consulting Limited 營運，是結合生活記錄、列車旅伴、收藏、佈置與放置探險的免費 App。使用服務前，請閱讀本條款與隱私權政策。若你依法需由法定代理人同意才能使用服務，請先取得同意。
2. 帳號與資料
部分功能需要使用支援的登入方式。請保護你的登入帳號及裝置，不得冒用他人帳號或提供虛假的身分資訊。若發現帳號被未授權使用，請聯絡我們。
生活紀錄請依實際情況填寫；手填資料不等於感測或驗證過的健康資料。完整本機生活紀錄與房間配置目前不自動雲端備份，請定期自行保存備份。雲端遊戲進度以伺服器確認的結果為準。個人資料處理及刪除申請依隱私權政策辦理。
3. 使用規範
請勿利用服務從事違法行為、侵害他人權利、騷擾或冒用他人、傳送惡意內容，或以外掛、偽造資料、漏洞及未授權存取破壞服務或不當取得遊戲物品。發現問題時，歡迎來信告訴我們。
你保有自己提供內容的權利，並應確保有權提供該內容。我們僅在提供相關服務所需的範圍使用它。社交暱稱及展示內容可能被其他玩家看見，請尊重彼此。
4. 虛擬物品與遊戲內容
角色、車票、材料、家具、遊戲資源及其他虛擬物品僅供服務內使用，沒有現金價值，不能要求兌換現金。請勿將遊戲資源用於未授權交易。獲得或使用條件依 App 當時顯示的規則與伺服器確認結果辦理。
App 的程式、圖像及其他由營運者提供的內容，權利屬於營運者或相應權利人。你可以依服務功能作個人使用，未經授權不得重製、散布或侵害相關權利；法律允許的使用不受本條限制。
5. 服務變更、暫停與終止
我們可能因維護、安全、功能調整或營運需要更新、暫停或終止部分或全部服務；重大變更會透過網站或 App 說明。若有違法、重大違規或安全風險，我們可視情況限制或停止相關帳號使用。你可以停止使用，並依隱私權政策申請刪除帳號及資料。
6. 使用限制與責任
生活及移動紀錄用於個人回顧與遊戲，不作醫療用途。請依自身情況安排活動，不要為了遊戲勉強自己。
我們會盡力維持服務，但無法保證服務永不中斷、完全無錯誤或資料永不遺失。網路、裝置、本機儲存或第三方登入故障可能影響使用。請自行妥善備份重要紀錄。責任及救濟依適用法律處理；本條款不排除依法不得排除的責任，也不限制你的法定權利。
7. 準據法與條款更新
本條款以台灣（中華民國）法律為準據法，並保留適用的強制法律規定與使用者法定權利。爭議先歡迎透過聯絡窗口協商；若需訴訟，依適用法律決定管轄。
我們可能更新本條款，並在此頁列明生效日期；重要變更會透過網站或 App 說明。繁體中文與英文內容如有差異，以繁體中文為準，但不得因此限制依法受保障的權利。

Terms of Service — English
1. Service and acceptance
Manmanhao (慢慢號) is a free app combining life records, train companions, collecting, decorating and idle exploration. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. Obtain consent from your legal representative where required by law.
2. Accounts and records
Some features require a supported sign-in method. Protect your account and device, do not impersonate others or provide false identity information, and contact us if you discover unauthorized account use.
Record activities honestly. Manual entries are not sensor measurements or verified health data. Full local life records and room layouts are not automatically backed up to the cloud; keep your own backups. Server-confirmed results govern cloud game progress. Personal data and deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Do not engage in illegal activities, infringe others’ rights, harass or impersonate others, send malicious content, or use cheats, fabricated data, vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to disrupt the service or improperly obtain game items. Report problems to us.
You retain rights to content you provide and must have permission to provide it. We use it only as needed to provide the relevant service. Social nicknames and displayed content may be visible to other players; treat others respectfully.
4. Virtual items and intellectual property
Characters, tickets, materials, furniture and other virtual items are for in-service use only, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Do not use game resources in unauthorized trades. Acquisition and use follow the displayed rules and server-confirmed results.
The app software, artwork and other operator-provided content belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Personal use through service features is permitted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or infringement is prohibited, without limiting uses permitted by law.
5. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue features or the service for maintenance, security, feature changes or operational reasons. Material changes will be explained on the website or in the app. Illegal conduct, serious violations or security risks may lead to account restrictions or suspension. You may stop using the service and request account/data deletion under the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitations and liability
Life and movement records support personal review and gameplay, not medical use. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and do not overexert yourself for game progress.
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that data will never be lost. Network, device, local storage or third-party sign-in failures can affect access. Back up important records. Liability and remedies are governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit statutory rights.
7. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), subject to applicable mandatory laws and statutory user rights. Contact us to discuss disputes; jurisdiction is determined by applicable law if litigation is necessary.
We may update these terms and the effective date on this page and explain material changes on the website or in the app. Traditional Chinese prevails in case of language discrepancies, without limiting legally protected rights.
